Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

1.1 Cancelling Scheduled Services
If you need to cancel your scheduled service, please notify Liebherr Appliance Support & Services at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

1.2 Missed Appointments
Failure to be present at the scheduled time without prior notification will be treated as a missed appointment and may result in a service call fee.

2. Deposit Terms

2.1 Deposit Policy
Some services and all special-order parts may require a deposit.
All deposits paid to Liebherr Appliance Support & Services are final and non-refundable, as these funds are used to reserve your appointment and purchase required parts in advance.

2.2 Deposit Credit
Any deposit paid will be applied toward the final invoice for your service.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services Rendered
Refunds are not issued for completed services. If your Liebherr appliance continues to show issues after our visit, we will evaluate the situation and provide appropriate options under our service warranty.

3.2 Customer Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns, which may include additional service within the scope of our warranty terms.

4. Service Warranty

4.1 Labor Guarantee
We provide a 30-day warranty on labor performed by our technicians.

This warranty does not cover:

To request service under warranty:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of noticing the issue.
  2. Allow our technician reasonable access to inspect the appliance and complete any necessary work.

4.3 Warranty Conditions
Warranty coverage is limited to work performed directly by Liebherr Appliance Support & Services and does not extend to third-party work, previous repairs by others, or recommendations not carried out by our company.

5. Estimates and Billing

5.1 Estimates
Before any repair work begins, we will provide a written or digital estimate. No additional repair charges will be incurred without your prior approval.

5.2 Diagnostic Charges
A diagnostic fee may be charged if you choose not to proceed with the repair after the technician has completed the diagnostic process.
