Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services offered by Authorized Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Authorized Service offers professional appliance and HVAC diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and component replacement for both residential and commercial clients. Our services encompass the evaluation and servicing of a wide range of home and commercial appliances.

3. Service Appointments

3.1 Booking Appointments

You may request a service appointment via phone, through our website, or by using other available contact methods. While we strive to meet your preferred time slot, appointment availability is subject to scheduling constraints.

3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

To avoid cancellation charges, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

3.3 On-Site Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that our technicians are provided with clear and safe access to the appliance, along with any relevant information needed to perform the service efficiently.

4. Estimates and Payment Terms

4.1 Cost Estimates

Prior to any repair work, we will present a written estimate. No additional work or parts will be billed without your prior approval.

4.2 Diagnostic Charges

We may apply a diagnostic fee to determine the source of the issue and prepare an estimate. This fee is separate from repair costs unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Payment Policy

All payments are due at the time of service completion unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. We accept payments via cash, check, and major credit cards.

5. Service Warranty

5.1 Labor Guarantee

Workmanship on labor is guaranteed for 30 days following the date of service.

5.2 Parts Coverage

Any parts installed are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only, with no additional coverage offered by us unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not apply to consumables such as freon, filters, fuses, access valves, or wear-related parts. The warranty is void if we are not contacted within 24 hours of the issue arising or if you deny us the opportunity to carry out a warranty repair.

5.4 Extended Warranties

For extended warranties to remain valid, customers must complete yearly maintenance as specified in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any secondary damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, surface damage, or property wear caused during service, appliance removal, or reinstallation.

7. Subcontracting Notice

We may perform services as subcontractors and are not accountable for claims, representations, or warranties made by general contractors or referral entities.

8. Ownership of Materials

All equipment and materials remain the property of Wilshire-Refrigeration until full payment has been received.

9. Revisions to Terms

Authorized Service  reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Florida law, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
